All Chinmaya Families are invited to this Family event, Fun activities, games, food for everyrone.

We wanted to make sure you are aware of the key details -
- 5K start address - Chinmaya Mission Yamunotri - 30877 N Fairfield Rd, Grayslake IL 60030
- T-shirt/bib pick up - Registrants must pickup their packets before the run/walk on either of the two times from Yamunotri
- June 21st (Saturday) - 3:00-5:00 pm
- June 22nd (Sunday) - 7:30-8:30 am
- Parking & road closure - Runners/walkers must arrive at Yamuntori before 8.45 am. If you arrive later than 9 am you will have to park off site and will miss the start time. The parking team will assist you if the Yamunotri lot is full and you need to use a remote lot.
- The course will be closed for traffic from 9.00 am - 10:30 am. If you fall behind this pace, the roads will be reopened to normal traffic and you will be a pedestrian and subject to normal traffic rules.
- The 5K race will start promptly at 9.00 am from Yamunotri Parking lot - right on Fairfield Road and turn around at Hwy 60 intersection, come back all the way to Gilmer Rd and then return to Yamunotri. The entire 5k distance will be traveled on Fairfield Rd.

eventsFamilyFunDay5k . Please continue to spread the word about the event to your family and friends. It is preferable that people sign up upfront on the website for the 5K, but we will allow limited on site last minute sign up also.
Also, please make sure that you plan to stay back at Yamunotri after the 5k event for the Family Fun fair. We have a lot of activities planned for the adults & kids - including, amazing FREE food, bounce house, magician & fun games with lots of prizes!
